'QV Foods Supports Brakes & the Royal Parks Foundation' - 10.10.10

QV Foods were again proud to contribute to the Pauleys Fresh Produce display, as part of the Brakes Food & Fitness Festival at this year's Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon in London. The Sunday 10.10.10 event saw over 12,500 people cross the finish line, in the largest Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon to date.

In addition to the many individual charity runners, proceeds from the event go to the Royal Parks Foundation, the charity that protects, conserves and enhances the 5,000 acre Royal Parks that have made such a difference to the lives of Londoners for over 500 years.

The Brakes Food & Fitness Festival served to showcase fun fitness activities and a range of foods, including Great British Fresh Produce.

QV Foods also brought a little humour to the proceedings, with there very own Potato Pete - a hit with children and adults alike!
